This course is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to operate an AED safely and is ideal for first aiders wishing to upgrade their skills or those who wish to learn to operate these lifesaving devices

• Assessing the Casualty
• Resuscitation (CPR)
• Using a Defibrillator (AED) - Adult
• Using a Defibrillator (AED) - Child
• The Choking Casualty
• The Recovery Position
• Handing Over the Casualty
• Defibrillator Maintainence and Checks
• Safe use of the Defibrillator
• Infection Control
